If a NinjaQuanta product isn’t right for you, email support@ninjaquanta.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund the purchase price. No forms, no hoops, no “store credit.”

Try before you buy

Every product also offers a free SIM-only trial — no credit card required — so you can evaluate it in the NinjaTrader® 8 simulator before spending anything. We’d rather you try first and buy once you’re sure.

The honest details

• Refunds return the product’s purchase price via the original payment method; processing times depend on your payment provider.
• After a refund, the product license is deactivated.
• We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated buy-refund cycles of the same product).
