Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of software products and this website provided by Hicham Benkaihoul, operating as NinjaQuanta (“NinjaQuanta,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing or using a NinjaQuanta product you agree to these Terms.

What our software is — and is not

NinjaQuanta products are trading tools for the NinjaTrader® 8 platform. They are not investment, trading, legal, or tax advice; not a trading system, bot, or signal service; and not a guarantee of any trading outcome. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for compliance with the rules of your broker, data providers, and any trading program you participate in.

License

Subject to payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased product on the number of machines stated at purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, decompile, or reverse-engineer the software, or circumvent its license mechanism.

Purchases, delivery, and licensing

Purchases are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. License keys and download instructions are delivered electronically. Some products additionally require activation against a machine ID; activation procedures and response times are described in the product documentation.

Updates and support

Each product page states, in plain words, what the purchase includes (for example, an included update period and any optional update plan afterward). Purchased software continues to function after an included update period ends; we never remotely disable a validly licensed product mid-use.

Refunds

Our refund policy is stated on the Refund Policy page and at the point of purchase.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hicham Benkaihoul, operating as NinjaQuanta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including trading losses, lost profits, or lost data — arising from or related to the software or these Terms. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
